It depends on different situation! Normally we are able to offer free sample to our regular customers.
For new Customers, we charge sample fee but all the samples cost would be return when you customer place next normal order.

T/T, Western Union, Escrow and L/C!
T/T and western union is the main payment term. The advantages are the fast and simple. T/T transfer will takes about 1-5 days to reach the beneficiary’s account according to different Countries. Western Union will reach the beneficiary’s account immediately!

We offer at least 2 years warranty time for all our LED light. If there are any defect lights during warranty period, you can describe the quality problem with the pictures or Video, after our checking and confirm it’s our product’s quality problem, we will send you the replacement lights with your next order in free charge, please note it.

All the finished LED products will do more than 24 hours aging testing before delivery!

In the past years ReaLEDz Lighting has gained a lot of work on OEM of LED lights. And thanks to these works, we gained a lot of valuable OEM experience.
We will still strictly follow the principal that we won’t disclose or sell customer’s unique designs to any other third party.
All our LED lights have passed CE & RoHS certification, in part through the PSE, UL, ETL, ENERGY STAR, TUV (CB+GS) certification.
A. Sending us an email sales@realedz.com with your request (part number, color, quantity, etc.), we will send you price list or PI with delivery cost for confirmation.
B. Once you confirmed every details of the PI, you can sign back to us and do
payment, once we get the bank bill, will arrange the production.
C. It will take 5-15days for production for different kinds of products; we will send the goods to you with DHL once they are finished. DHL need 3-5days on the way to different countries.

We currently have cool white, warm white, natural white and RGB. We also can supply Customs Service for customers.
